Myofascial Release uses specific techniques to enhance movement and hydration of the connective tissue (fascia) around your muscles. NKT is a therapeutic technique that combines manual muscle testing with movement re-education. Together they help your body heal better from injuries, and can restore range of motion and reduce pain.
